A complex character home renovation project is as much evolution as it is creation - although it starts with a design and plan, as the job progresses better ideas emerge. In this, Soriano homes were ideal to work with. Both Carmine and we were continually refining and finessing in a true collaboration. The modifications to the original design were always improvements. Carmine implemented and costed the changes in a fair and flexible way.
