Crafting Modern Elegance
In the heart of Eastwood, Soriano Constructions built a brand-new modern home from the ground up, designed to seamlessly fit into the area’s Historic Conservation zone. Working closely with the architect and homeowners, we delivered a home that respects the surrounding architectural heritage while embracing contemporary design elements.
The north-facing orientation of the site required a clever balance between openness and privacy. Soriano constructed the innovative “hit and miss” brickwork, which filters light and air while providing privacy from the streetscape.
This project is a testament to Soriano Constructions’ commitment to building from thoughtful design, teamwork and exceptional craftsmanship, resulting in a home that feels expansive, light-filled, and perfectly integrated into the landscape.
